Edouard Moinet is a Founder and Managing Partner of Cathay Capital. He co-founded Cathay Capital after 12 years of private equity experience, investing in lower- and middle-market companies across various sectors in Western Europe as a former senior executive of Siparex Group, a French middle-market private equity firm with over €1B under management.
During his tenure at Siparex, Edouard was co-responsible for managing the Lyon (and main) office of the Group until 2001, and then led the creation of an office and team focused on Northern France and Belgium. He headed the office until co-founding Cathay Capital Private Equity in 2006.
He has been involved in 45 transactions, a third of which in a lead and/or control capacity, and has sat on the board of over 20 companies. Throughout his investment career, Edouard's realized investments have produced IRR's well into the top-quartile of the industry.
Hervé Descazeaux is a Managing Partner of Cathay Capital, and is based in Paris.
Prior to joining Cathay in 2012, Hervé was a Partner and member of the Investment Committee at Apax Partners France since 2005. Hervé joined Apax as a Senior Associate in 1998 specializing in leveraged buy-outs in financial and business services and the healthcare sector in France.
Prior to this, he was a Senior Manager in charge of audit and due diligences on international group's operations at PricewaterhouseCoopers for eight years, in France and in the US.
Hervé currently holds board positions at Cenexi, Ponroy, Byzance, Surys (ex Hologram), Caillau and Neoxam. Prior boards include Echosens.
Hervé is a Chartered Accountant. He graduated from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP business school) in Paris.
Bruno Bézard is a Managing Partner of Cathay Capital, and is based in Paris and in Shanghai.
Bruno has developed his career in top level public government of France, in different senior operational management positions in economy, finance and business.
Before joining Cathay, he was Vice Minister of Finance, head of the French Treasury and chairman of the Paris Club. In his previous position, he was head of the French Inland Revenue department (120 000 employees) which he joined after two years in Beijing as minister counsellor for economy and industry in the French Embassy.
Bruno also created and run the French Government Shareholding Agency (Agence des Participations de l'Etat) in charge of all companies in which the French State has a stake, he has therefore an intense experience of corporate governance and M&A.
Bruno has also been economic advisor to the French Prime Minister.Bruno has been sitting on the board of Electricite de France, SNCF, AREVA, La Poste, Thales, Air France, Engie, Peugeot Citroen.
Bruno graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole Nationale d'Administration. He has also been teaching in these two institutions for many years.
Before, he managed the international activities of the Orange/Publicis fund, based in San Francisco. He has been the Head of Corporate Venture at Orange Telecom, and a Managing Director at Innovacom Venture. He has also worked as an Officer at the French Treasury Department, in charge of all the Sovereign holdings in Aerospace, Defense, and Media companies.
Denis has pioneered a unique way to invest in technology, integrating the usual playbook of venture capital investing, but also leveraging his vision about the large social evolutions happening globally, taking into account the contribution towards sustainability from startups, analyzing the competitive landscape at a full global level, and integrating in the due diligence process the insights of numerous Fortune 500 companies committed in his ecosystem. He believes that this fosters deeper relationships with entrepreneurs from the start, and helps them to lead faster and further.
Denis has a technical background and started as a Researcher in the laboratories of Orange Telecom, working mainly on semiconductor quantum dots. He holds a Ph.D. in solid state Physics, is a graduate of Ecole Normale Supérieure, and is an engineer of Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Telecommunications.
Lanchun is a Managing Partner of Cathay Capital, she has nearly 20 years of experience in investment, consulting and trading service, holds a EMBA degree from CEIBS. She worked in PWC and Deloitte & Touch Corporate Finance, and was responsible for many large enterprises and investment fund M&A projects.
Lanchun joined Cathay Capital in 2010, brings her deep understanding of industry trends and investment direction, and lead the team to invest in several high quality investments, including Meinian Health (002044.SZ), Poten Environment (603603.SH), Pinduoduo (PDD.NYSE), Shenghuo Pharmaceutical, Righton Bio, Cabio, Soocas, Lumi, Ifchange, Magmode, Momenta, Meet You, Brass Master, UShopal and Arsmo, etc.
Arthur is Co-founder of the Cathay Entrepreneurship at Cathay Capital. He is also Head of the Cathay Connect & Consult Platform which creates value for Cathay portfolio companies through networking, insight sharing, and consulting. In this role he discovers, nurtures, and partners with entrepreneurs to build companies that can bring a positive impact.
Since 2008, Arthur has also been a member of Tencent Holdings’ executive team as Senior Management Advisor. He has played a key role in enhancing Tencent’s organizational innovation, transformation and capability building in its last decade of rapid growth. He has built and led the “Tencent Consult” team that organizes insight sharing forums among CEOs and offers consulting services for Tencent’s key strategic partners. He also serves as Dean of TencentX University, an institution offering integrated learning programs for 300+ CEOs from Tencent’s ecosystem.
As a full-time corporate executive, Arthur also served as Chief HR Officer for the Acer Group from 1998 to 2002, working closely with the top management to radically transform Acer.
Arthur is the author of numerous articles and books on organizational transformation, among which “Reinventing the Organization” (published by Harvard Business Review Press and available in multiple languages) and “Building Organizational Capability” (one of the best-selling management books in China).
Daniel is a Managing Partner of Cathay Capital and is based in Paris.
Prior to joining Cathay Capital Private Equity in August 2016, Daniel was Executive Director and Member of Executive Committee of Bpi France in charge of the fund of funds business.
In July 2005, Daniel joined CDC Entreprises as deputy CEO for venture capital funds of funds activities, then took over the responsibility for investments in expansion capital as well as regional funds. He successfully built an integrated and consistent fund of funds business with more than 300 funds and €5 bn under management.
In 1997, Daniel joined the Private Equity division (CDC Participations) at the Caisse des Dépôts. He was in charge of venture capital investments in the Information Technology and Communications sector. He was appointed a Member of the Management Board and COO of CDC Ixis Innovation in 2002.
Daniel began his professional career in 1988 with engineering and management positions in the telecommunications industry, first at the Société Internationale de Telecommunications Aéronautiques (SITA) and then at France Telecom.
Daniel is graduated from Supelec.
Gwenn Delamaire is the Group Managing Director of Cathay Capital and is based in Paris.
Prior to joining Cathay Capital Private Equity in January 2019, Gwenn Delamaire spent 17 years in the Artémis Group where she held roles in Investment and Finance before joining Christie’s as General Manager for China.
Artémis Group is the investment company of the Pinault family and the controlling shareholder of Kering, Christie's, and Château Latour.
Joint Artémis in 1999 as Associate in the Investment Department before becoming Chief Financing Officer in 2006, Gwenn was in charge of the strategic and financial management for investments such as Christie’s, Le Point & l’Agefi in addition to running M&A and financial transactions in various sectors and managing relationships with financial institutions.
Gwenn was a member of the Executive and Investment Committees and served as Board member & member of the Audit Committee of Christie’s PLC. She was also Board member of Sebdo-Le Point and Chairman of l’Agefi SA.
In 2012, she moved to Shanghai where she joined Christie’s as China General Manager to launch Christie’s operations in Mainland China, a new market for the world leader in art auctions.
Back from China, Gwenn took an entrepreneurial route with a build-up venture of technology start-ups in the marketing & advertising sector in France.
Jacky Abitbol works as a Partner of the Cathay Innovation fund within Cathay Capital. He benefits from over 17 years of advisory and operational experience in Telecommunications, Medias and Technology, with a particular expertise in venture capital and corporate development.
Prior to joining Cathay Capital, Jacky was a Venture Partner with Iris Capital in Israel from 2012 to 2015. In this role, he was responsible for identifying investment opportunities for Iris Capital and monitoring local portfolio companies.
In addition Jacky headed the Corporate Development activity for Orange startups program.
Before, he was Vice President for Corporate Development at Orange Digital from 2012 to 2013 and Investment Director at Orange Capital (now Iris Capital) from 2011 to 2012.
Previously, Jacky Abitbol was Business Development & Sales Director for the mobile division of SanDisk from 2006 to 2011 and worked as a Corporate and Business Development Director at GFI in Spain from 2003 to 2006.
He started his career as part of the management team of Fantine Group (now Aviv Ventures).
Jacky holds a MBA from Boston University and a degree in Business Administration from Madrid Business School.
Fabien Wesse is a Partner of Cathay Capital, based in Paris.
Fabien joined Cathay Capital in 2010, after 10 years of private equity experience at Siparex Group, a French middle-market private equity firm with over €1B under management.
As a seasoned French low- and mid-market private equity investor, Fabien has participated in over 15 transactions, in control and non-control capacities, including succession, growth capital and LBO investments.
These transactions covered a broad range of sectors as diverse as construction, building materials, industrial goods, agri-business, textile, logistics, specialty retail, packaging, and electronics mail order. Fabien has been an active participant of the board of all the companies invested.
Prior to Siparex, Fabien worked in the CFO's office, in Switzerland, of a computer services company.
Fabien is a graduate of the University of Paris Dauphine.
Andreas is a Partner of Cathay Capital, based in Munich. Andreas joined Cathay Capital in 2015, after having gained more than 12 years of experience in Private Equity, M&A and as manager of his family owned TV cable network business.
Prior to Cathay Capital, Andreas was a Principal in the German office of Silverfleet Capital Partners. His responsibilities included origination, execution and portfolio management in the mid-market, in particular in the German industry, healthcare and business services segment.
He was involved in the execution of twelve successful projects and numerous deal opportunities. The executed projects covered a wide transaction value range of €5m to more than €200m and included in particular leveraged financing and refinancing of portfolio companies, as well as the implementation of buy-and-build strategies.
Prior to this, Andreas worked with Ferber & Co (Munich) and ING-Barings (London) as an M&A advisor. Andreas completed a banking apprenticeship with a German private bank and holds a degree in Business Administration from the Munich University of Applied Sciences.
Nicolas du Cray is a Partner at Cathay Capital, based in Shanghai.
Prior to joining Cathay Capital in 2016, Nicolas was a Venture Partner at Iris Capital, a global venture capital investor sponsored by Orange and Publicis, in charge of the fund’s investments in China.
Prior to joining Iris Capital in 2012, Nicolas was an Investment Director at Orange Capital in Beijing, and prior to that, a Senior Project Manager at Orange Labs (Beijing), that he joined as a founding member in 2004. Prior to that, Nicolas worked for France Telecom’s Representative Office in Beijing.
Nicolas holds an Executive MBA from INSEAD and Tsinghua University, a Master of Science in ICT Management from EMLYON Business School & Centrale Lyon (France) and a Master of Science in Engineering from Grenoble Institute of Technology (France).
Zheng WANG (Anne) works as a Partner at Cathay Capital. She benefits from over 20 years working experience in the industries of private equity and management consulting.
Prior to joining Cathay Capital, Anne was a partner of at AGIC capital, Head of Greater China.
In addition, Anne used to work in the world’s largest private equity investment and asset management firm, Carlyle Group, for more than nine years, as Investment Director of for Carlyle Asia Growth Capital.

Maoxiang (John) Li is a Partner at Cathay Capital, based in Shanghai office.
John joined Cathay Capital in 2017 to take charge of the Automotive Technology Fund.
Prior to joining Cathay Capital, John was Executive Director of Corporate Development at Lear Asia. He has close to 15 years of automotive experience (both with OEMs and components) and served numerous positions in M&A, Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Partnership & Alliance. He represented Lear, Valeo, General Motors and TRW, and closed 15+ different projects in the form of joint venture, strategic cooperation, acquisition, buyout, etc.
His key achievements in deal execution: at Lear, he completed the restructuring project between BAI and BHAP and numerous buyout projects; for Valeo, he completed two shareholding restructuring projects and numerous buyout projects; at General Motors, he was a core team member of GM China restructuring (he executed GM-SAIC India Project, formed FAW-GM commercial vehicle JV and completed SGMW 10% share buyout)

Mark Woods is Partner and Head of North American Private Equity of Cathay Capital, based in New York.
Mark joined Cathay in November 2015, having previously worked at Chartwell Investments for seven years where he sourced, executed and monitored investments in North American lower- and middle-market companies. During his tenure at Chartwell, Mark focused on investing in family and entrepreneur-owned companies and corporate carve-outs, while also serving as a director of several portfolio companies.
Prior to Chartwell, Mark was an associate in JPMorgan’s Mergers and Acquisitions Group in New York where he executed transactions across various sectors. Prior to JPMorgan, Mark worked for a sovereign wealth fund based in the United Arab Emirates.
Mark started his career with Procter & Gamble where he spent five years in various operational finance positions.
Mark graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a B.S. in Finance and Human Resources Management. He also holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
André Puong is a Partner of Cathay Capital, based in New York.
André rejoined Cathay Capital in February 2015, having previously worked at Cathay Capital in Paris between October 2008 and October 2011.
Prior to rejoining Cathay Capital, André was a New York-based Investment Director from 2011 to 2014 with Fosun International, one of the largest private-sector investment groups in China.
Before Fosun and Cathay Capital, André was a Manager of the Accor Hospitality's strategy group, and of global consulting firm Mars & Co. In his consulting role at Mars & Co., André advised European and Fortune 500 companies on both strategic and operational issues.
Previously, Andre was an enterprise software engineer at Oracle Corporation.
Born to a Chinese family and raised in France, André is a graduate of the Ecole Centrale Paris and of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He also holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
Jérémie is Partner of Cathay Capital, based in Paris.
Jérémie joined Cathay Capital in December 2016, having previously worked for 2 years at Meeschaert Capital Partners, a mid-market private equity fund backed by Meeschaert Group, a French independant family office and asset management company with €6.0bn AUM.
Prior to Meeschaert, Jérémie has made private equity investments for seven years in Western Europe at Argos Wityu, a pan-European investment fund with more than 1bn€ of assets under management. His responsibilities included the origination, execution, monitoring and exit of transactions in the mid-market. He started his career within the M&A team of Sagem Défense Sécurité at Safran Group. At Cathay he is in charge of investment opportunities relative to business and digital services in particular.
Jérémie holds a Master Degree from in Business Administration from Sciences Po Paris and a Master Degree in Business Administration from HEC Paris.
Jun MA is a Partner of Cathay Innovation, based in Shanghai.
Prior to joining Cathay Innovation in 2019, Jun was Principal at Capital Today. He has focused on investment sectors as consumer goods, retail and internet in the last ten years.
Before joining Capital Today, Jun worked for four years in Shenyin & Wanguo Securities, one of the earliest joint-stock securities company in China.
Jun holds an MBA degree from Fudan University and a bachelor’s degree from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
Li ZHANG is a Partner of the Cathay Smart Energy Fund, based in Shanghai. She has over 14 years of working experience in the private equity and asset management sector.
Prior to joining Cathay Capital in 2019, Ms. Zhang worked with SBCVC, responsible for investment in new energy, auto and high-tech industry in China, especially focusing on investment opportunities created by disruptive technology innovation. Prior to that, Ms. Zhang worked with Citi in New York, covering investment and M&A deals in TMT industry. She has also worked in Citi Brazil and has set up Citi Latam China Desk, covering all the Chinese companies in Latin America. In addition, Ms. Zhang used to work with China Mobile Communications Corporation, in charge of 31 subsidiaries’ investments and asset management.

Shaolin LIU is a Managing Director of Cathay Capital, based in Shanghai.
Shaolin worked over 21 years in fortune 500 healthcare companies such as GE, PerkinElmer, Cardinal Health and Fresenius Medical Care. He managed healthcare business P&L, responsible overall business operation as well as middle to long term business strategy. He has extensive experiences in corporate strategy, business development, and sales/marketing management, M&A, sourcing, logistic, engineering, manufacturing, quality and new products development.
Successfully finished 10 M&A buyout deals and 1 spin off deal in medical device, life science, IVD, healthcare service, OTO pharmacy store, Pharm distribution, healthcare big data, hospital and clinics etc in the past 10 years.
He responsible all post investment integration management, full P&L of target and help to achieve strategic & operational objectives, over-achieve financial commitments during integration.
Shaolin got his MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Alick based in Shanghai Office and he worked over 12 years in China Development Bank (CDB), firstly the Deputy Director and Deputy Division Chief of Client Division in Shenzhen Branch, and most recently Acting Chief Commissioner of Nordic Office.
He has extensive experience in complex oversea financing activities (executing over US$ 7 billion, including acquisition financing, project financing and export credit financing) as well as domestic lending for the bank’s key clients.
During the Nordic office period, he built up strategic relationships with Nordic enterprises (Volvo, Maersk, Ericsson) to promote outbound investment to China, expanding and coordinating inbound investments by Chinese enterprises into Nordic region.
He is also the initiator of China Sweden Technology and Innovation Fund.
Alick received his master degree in Finance from Zhejiang University and bachelor degree from Xiamen University.
Rico joined Cathay Capital in early 2019，after 8 years of private equity investment experience and 5 years in consumer goods industry.
Rico has a Master degree in Huazhong University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor degree in Xiamen University.
Fan Wu is an Executive Director at Cathay Capital, based in Beijing.
Fan joined Cathay Capital in August 2017, and brings 6 years of experience in Private Equity and 5 years of experience in clean energy policy and novel technology transformation. He was selected to be the Torch Supervisor for Entrepreneurs honored by Ministry of Sciences of Technology.
Previously, Fan was an investment director at GF Xinde Investment Management Co. LTD, where he was in charge of the investment in clean energy, EV, new material, IoT and intelligent equipment industries.
Prior to working at GF Xinde, Fan was a deputy director at National Hi-tech Green Materials Development Centre and served concurrently as secretary general in Secondary Battery and Novel Power affiliate of China Battery Industry Association, where he was responsible for the technology, policy research and international cooperation.
Fan graduated from Queen’s University of Belfast, UK.
David is an investment director and is in charge of screening, evaluating, executing and monitoring Cathay Capital investments. He is based in Paris.
Prior to joining Cathay Capital in 2015, David had made private equity investments for 4 years in China and South East Asia at Clarity China Partners ($350m of assets under management). Before Clarity, David spent 2 years as an investment banking analyst at Credit Suisse in New York and Hong Kong.
David holds a bachelor degree in economics from the University of Chicago and a MBA degree from INSEAD business school.
Alex is an Investment Director with Cathay Innovation’s San Francisco office. He is also an Adjunct Professor with the Middlebury Institute for International Studies MBA program, where he teaches entrepreneurship.
Previously, Alex was with Omidyar Network, a global early stage investing platform, founded by Pierre & Pam Omidyar (founder of eBay), with over $1 billion AUM, and offices across North America, South America, Africa, Europe, India and South East Asia. Alex also has experience in strategy consulting with McKinsey & Co., financial regulation with the Bank of Canada, and M&A investment banking with the Royal Bank of Canada.
He is a Kauffman Fellow, CFA Charterholder, and CFR Term Member. He earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.Comm from the University of Manitoba.
Emanuele is Head of Partnerships and Business Development at Cathay Innovation, bases in Paris. Emanuele enjoys 18+ years of experience and achievements in introducing highly innovative, data-driven solutions to the market, mainly in the areas of telecommunications, media and technology.
Prior to joining Cathay Innovation, Emanuele was VP Sales and Partnerships at Influans, a French start-up acquired by Ogury, developing an AI-first, SaaS platform for marketers.
Prior to that, Emanuele held several senior positions at Orange. In particular, he co-founded Orange Data Analytics business unit and led innovation in the area of data and insights monetization for business customers. More recently he was part of ExCom sponsored Data Strategy and Governance, a program aimed at fostering the adoption of innovative data-driven practices across all Orange affiliates.
Prior to Orange, Emanuele has actively contributed to the international development of VC-backed scale-ups, such as Velti, Amobee and PacketVideo.
Emaunele has two Master Engineering degrees from Politecnico di Torino (Italy) and Telecom ParisTech (France) and speaks 4 languages fluently.
Lijun Ding is Investment Director of Cathay Capital. Based in Shanghai, he is in charge of screening, evaluating, and executing potential Cathay Capital investments, as well as post-investment monitoring.
Before joining Cathay, he worked for 2 years at CITIC Private Equity in Beijing and 2 years at JP Morgan in Hong Kong.
Lijun holds a Bachelor degree from Shanghai University of Finance & Economics and a MBA from CEIBS.
Zhen Xu is Investment Director of Cathay Capital. Based in Beijing, she is in charge of screening, evaluating, and executing potential Cathay Capital investments, as well as post-investment monitoring.
Before joining Cathay, she worked for 2 years at the investment arm of the Founder Group as an investment associate.
Zhen holds a Bachelor degree from Cambridge University (United Kingdom) and a Masters from Cornell University (United States).
Charles is Investment Director of Cathay Capital and is responsible for the screening, evaluation, diligence and monitoring of Cathay Capital investments. He is based in Paris.
Charles joined Cathay Capital in 2012. He has been involved with the sourcing, execution, monitoring and exits of several of the firm’s investments.
Prior to joining Cathay Capital, Charles was an analyst at Cognetas (formerly Electra Partners Europe), where he focused on monitoring of portfolio companies and assessment of new investment opportunities.
Charles is a graduate of ESSEC Business School in France, and of MBA exchange program at SDA BOCCONI in Italy.
Jean-François is Investment Director of Cathay Innovation, in charge of screening, evaluating, and executing Cathay Capital investments. He is based in Paris.
Jean-François joined Cathay in June 2014 and has since been involved with the sourcing and execution of several of the firm’s investments.
Prior to joining Cathay, Jean-François spent two and a half years as an analyst in the M&A department of French banking group Credit Agricole CIB. During his tenure in the New York and Paris offices, he was involved in several operations for blue chips and middle-market French and international clients. Deal sectors covered included e-commerce, media, renewable energy, agri-food and mining.
Before CA-CIB, he interned in the Leverage Finance department of BNP Paribas dedicated to European large-cap LBOs, as well as in the small- and mid-cap M&A Group of Credit Agricole (Sodica Corporate Finance).
Jean-François holds a Master of Science in Management from EMLYON Business School (Lyon, France) and completed an exchange program at the National Sun Yat-Sen University (Kaohsiung, Taiwan).
Simon Wu is Investment Director of Cathay Innovation, based in San Francisco. He is responsible for screening, evaluating, and executing potential Cathay Innovation investments, as well as post-investment monitoring.
Prior to joining Cathay Innovation, Simon spent four years at VMware in the Strategy & Corporate Development team which was responsible for leading acquisitions, investments, and strategy. As a Manager, he was involved in numerous transactions focusing on enterprise software sectors such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, and mobile/end-user computing.
Before joining VMware, he spent time at UBS in the investment banking division as part of the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications group. While at UBS, Simon advised on capital raises, corporate strategy, and mergers & acquisitions for companies in the technology sector.
Simon holds both a B.S. in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business, University of California Berkeley and a B.A. in Operations Research and Management Science from the University of California Berkeley.
Jing is an Investment Director and is in charge of screening, evaluating, executing and monitoring investments for Cathay Smart Energy fund. He is based in Shanghai.
Prior to joining Cathay Capital in 2019, Jing worked for TOTAL in France for nearly 10 years, Jing held several positions including Principal for TOTAL Ventures Asia investment platform, gas and CO2 R&D project manager, and some positions related to natural gas processing. Before TOTAL, Jing spent 3 years as research engineer for Arkema.
Jing holds an engineer and Ph.D degree in chemical engineering from ENSIC in France.
François is Investment Director of Cathay Capital, based in Paris.
Before joining Cathay, François worked for more than two years for the Zodiac Aerospace group. This experience allowed him to take part in the shaping and the execution of the transformation plan of the seating division, where he was specially responsible for improving digital tools.
Previously, François occupied several positions in the French and European administration. François notably served from 2012 to 2015 as CFO & Head of Strategy of the General commission for investment (CGI), a team responsible for the management of the french public investment program (“Invest for the future program” or “Programme d’investissement d’avenir”, €47 Bn ). He also spent three years in Brussels at the Competition DG of the European Commission, working on significant M&A deals particularly in the transportation sector as well as in various services industries.
François also worked as an analyst in the Loan & High Yield Capital Market group of BNP Paribas in New-York in 2006/2007.
François graduated from Ecole Normale Supérieure (Paris), is an engineer from Ecole des Mines (Paris), and has a Master of Science from the Pierre & Marie Curie University (Paris).
Jimmy Lu is a VP of Cathay Capital. Based in Shanghai, he is responsible for screening, evaluating, due diligence and monitoring of Cathay Capital investments.
Prior to joining Cathay Capital, he worked as an investment manager at Eight Roads Ventures, principal investment arm of Fidelity, where he has participated and focused in healthcare investments. Prior to Eight Roads, he was a strategic consultant at IMS consulting. Before IMS consulting, Jimmy was a senior associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Jimmy holds a MBA degree from CEIBS and a bachelor degree in accounting from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Jimmy is also a registered CICPA and ACCA.
Xiayun (Phyllis) is VP of Cathay Capital and is based in Shanghai office. She is in charge of screening, evaluation, diligence and monitoring of Cathay Capital investments.

Vanessa Favier is Head of legal at Cathay Capital. Based in Paris, she is in charge of coordinating group's legal and governance subjects, as well as structuring and monitoring the investment funds managed by the group.
She has more than 20 years of experience in Private Equity. Vanessa started her career as a legal officer at Sofinnova Partners in charge of investment operations. Prior to joining Cathay Capital, she has spent 13 years at Demeter Parners, a major player in Private Equity and Venture Capital for energy and ecological transition. She served firstly as general counsel and then as chief legal & compliance officer, and risk controller.
Vanessa holds a Master 2 degree of business lawyer (Paris V University).
Diane is the Group Controller at Cathay Capital and she is based in Paris. She is in charge of the administrative, accounting and financial monitoring in support of the Group CFO.
Prior to joining Cathay Capital in 2018, Diane started her career at Ernst & Young in Paris where she conducted audit assignments for international companies in the industrial and services sectors. Later, she worked at Réseau de Transport d’Electricité (RTE) as an administrative and finance manager of the eight subsidiairies of the group.
