Prior to founding Cathay Capital, Mr. CAI successfully founded and managed several companies that operated in the industrial, distribution and textile sectors. Cathay Capital focuses on industries including consumer goods, health care, modern service industry, environment, agriculture and food security, as well as advanced technology.
Ming-Po CAI is an independent director of GL Events and sits on the board of several Cathay portfolio companies including Poten Environment, Meinian Health 100 and ZM Logistics. In addition, he is member of the prestigious International Advisory Board of CEIBS, sits at the Honorary Committee of Parsons The New School in Paris. He is also a director on the boards of two foundations – France-Chine Entreprendre Fondation, which Cathay Capital established in 2011, and the CEIBS Education Foundation. And he is a member of 2005 Committee.
Mr. CAI received a master’s degree in Management from EM Lyon in France, and an EMBA from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) in Shanghai, China.
Edouard Moinet is a Founder and Managing Partner of Cathay Capital. He co-founded Cathay Capital after 12 years of private equity experience, investing in lower- and middle-market companies across various sectors in Western Europe as a former senior executive of Siparex Group, a French middle-market private equity firm with over €1B under management.
During his tenure at Siparex, Edouard was co-responsible for managing the Lyon (and main) office of the Group until 2001, and then led the creation of an office and team focused on Northern France and Belgium. He headed the office until co-founding Cathay Capital Private Equity in 2006.
He has been involved in 45 transactions, a third of which in a lead and/or control capacity, and has sat on the board of over 20 companies. Throughout his investment career, Edouard's realized investments have produced IRR's well into the top-quartile of the industry.
Hervé Descazeaux is a Managing Partner of Cathay Capital, and is based in Paris.
Prior to joining Cathay in 2012, Hervé Descazeaux was a Partner and member of the Investment Committee at Apax Partners France since 2005. Hervé joined Apax as a Senior Associate in 1998 and specializes in leveraged buy-outs in financial and business services and healthcare sector in France.
Prior to this, he served for eight years at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Manager, in charge of audit and due diligences on international group's operations.
Hervé is a Chartered Accountant. He graduated from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP business school) in Paris.
Bruno Bézard is a Managing Partner of Cathay Capital, and is based in Paris and in Shanghai.
Bruno has developed his career in top level public government of France, in different senior operational management positions in economy, finance and business.
Before joining Cathay, he was Vice Minister of Finance, head of the French Treasury and chairman of the Paris Club. In his previous position, he was head of the French Inland Revenue department (120 000 employees) which he joined after two years in Beijing as minister counsellor for economy and industry in the French Embassy.
Bruno also created and run the French Government Shareholding Agency (Agence des Participations de l'Etat) in charge of all companies in which the French State has a stake, he has therefore an intense experience of corporate governance and M&A.
Bruno has also been economic advisor to the French Prime Minister.Bruno has been sitting on the board of Electricite de France, SNCF, AREVA, La Poste, Thales, Air France, Engie, Peugeot Citroen.
Bruno graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole Nationale d'Administration. He has also been teaching in these two institutions for many years.
David G. Hoffman is a Managing Partner of Cathay Capital and a Co-Founder of Cathay’s North American operations, based in New York City.
Prior to joining Cathay in November 2013, David was a Managing Director with Charterhouse Group, Inc. from 2002-2012 and a Consultant to the firm from 2012-2013. As Managing Director, David was the number two investment professional where he was part of the Investment Committee, led the Consumer Group’s investing activities, managed the Charterhouse Entrepreneur Program (i.e., Operating Partners Program) and oversaw and organized the firm’s Business Development activities across its three verticals – Consumer, Business Services and Healthcare Services..
Prior to returning to Charterhouse in 2002, David founded and ran his own independent sponsor firm, Hoffman & Company (1994-2002). Previously, David was at Charterhouse from 1985 – 1989 as an Associate and Vice President, was the Director of Business Development at Odyssey Partners (1989-1991) and a Principal at Charterhouse from 1991-1994.
Lanchun is a Managing Partner of Cathay Capital, based in Shanghai.
Lanchun joined Cathay Capital in 2010, and brings to the firm 10 years of audit and transaction services experience in China.
Prior to Cathay Capital, Lanchun was an Associate Director with Deloitte & Touch Corporate Finance in China. In her role, she led the financial review and valuation of M&A targets, and assisted with regulatory compliance and structures of deals, for many corporate and private equity firms. Representative clients included 3i, Blackstone, Carlyle, Merrill Lynch, SAIF Investment, Sumitomo, Shell, Iveco, Baosteel, China Resources, Jinjiang Group, Shanghai Auto Industrial Group.
Previously, Lanchun was an Assistant Business Manager of Brian Jessel BMW in Vancouver, Canada. Prior to that, and out of undergraduate school, Lanchun spent 3 years as a Senior Accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Beijing, where she performed IPO audits for large Chinese companies.
Lanchun holds a bachelor degree in Accounting from the Central University of Finance and Economics in Beijing. She is also graduated from the Simon Fraser University Business School in Canada, and CEIBS in Shanghai (executive MBA).
Denis is co-founder and CEO of Cathay Innovation.
Prior to Cathay, he was at Iris Capital where he managed the international activities of the Orange/Publicis fund. He has also been the Head of Corporate Venture at Orange Telecom, and a Managing Director at Innovacom. He has also worked as an Officer at the French Treasury Department, in charge of all the Sovereign holdings in Aerospace, Defense, and Media companies.
Denis has a deep technical background and started as a Researcher in the laboratories of Orange Telecom, working mainly on semiconductor quantum dots. He holds a Ph.D. in solid state Physics, is a graduate of Ecole Normale Supérieure, and is an engineer of Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications. He has also been a Member of the French Council for Entrepreneurship and of Corps des Mines.
Daniel is a Chief Operating Officer of Cathay Capital and is based in Paris.
Prior to joining Cathay Capital Private Equity in August 2016, Daniel was Executive Director and Member of Executive Committee of Bpi France in charge of the fund of funds business.
In July 2005, Daniel joined CDC Entreprises as deputy CEO for venture capital funds of funds activities, then took over the responsibility for investments in expansion capital as well as regional funds. He successfully built an integrated and consistent fund of funds business with more than 300 funds and €5 bn under management.
In 1997, Daniel joined the Private Equity division (CDC Participations) at the Caisse des Dépôts. He was in charge of venture capital investments in the Information Technology and Communications sector. He was appointed a Member of the Management Board and COO of CDC Ixis Innovation in 2002.
Daniel began his professional career in 1988 with engineering and management positions in the telecommunications industry, first at the Société Internationale de Telecommunications Aéronautiques (SITA) and then at France Telecom.
Daniel graduated from SUPELEC.
Jacky Abitbol works as a Partner of the Cathay Innovation fund within Cathay Capital. He benefits from over 17 years of advisory and operational experience in Telecommunications, Medias and Technology, with a particular expertise in venture capital and corporate development.
Prior to joining Cathay Capital, Jacky was a Venture Partner with Iris Capital in Israel from 2012 to 2015. In this role, he was responsible for identifying investment opportunities for Iris Capital and monitoring local portfolio companies.
In addition Jacky headed the Corporate Development activity for Orange startups program.
Before, he was Vice President for Corporate Development at Orange Digital from 2012 to 2013 and Investment Director at Orange Capital (now Iris Capital) from 2011 to 2012.
Previously, Jacky Abitbol was Business Development & Sales Director for the mobile division of SanDisk from 2006 to 2011 and worked as a Corporate and Business Development Director at GFI in Spain from 2003 to 2006.
He started his career as part of the management team of Fantine Group (now Aviv Ventures).
Jacky holds a MBA from Boston University and a degree in Business Administration from Madrid Business School.
Fabien Wesse is a Partner of Cathay Capital, based in Paris.
Fabien joined Cathay Capital in 2010, after 10 years of private equity experience at Siparex Group, a French middle-market private equity firm with over €1B under management.
As a seasoned French low- and mid-market private equity investor, Fabien has participated in over 15 transactions, in control and non-control capacities, including succession, growth capital and LBO investments.
These transactions covered a broad range of sectors as diverse as construction, building materials, industrial goods, agri-business, textile, logistics, specialty retail, packaging, and electronics mail order. Fabien has been an active participant of the board of all the companies invested.
Prior to Siparex, Fabien worked in the CFO's office, in Switzerland, of a computer services company.
Fabien is a graduate of the University of Paris Dauphine.
Andreas is a Partner of Cathay Capital, based in Munich. Andreas joined Cathay Capital in 2015, after having gained more than 12 years of experience in Private Equity, M&A and as manager of his family owned TV cable network business.
Prior to Cathay Capital, Andreas was a Principal in the German office of Silverfleet Capital Partners. His responsibilities included origination, execution and portfolio management in the mid-market, in particular in the German industry, healthcare and business services segment.
He was involved in the execution of twelve successful projects and numerous deal opportunities. The executed projects covered a wide transaction value range of €5m to more than €200m and included in particular leveraged financing and refinancing of portfolio companies, as well as the implementation of buy-and-build strategies.
Prior to this, Andreas worked with Ferber & Co (Munich) and ING-Barings (London) as an M&A advisor. Andreas completed a banking apprenticeship with a German private bank and holds a degree in Business Administration from the Munich University of Applied Sciences.
Nicolas du Cray is a Partner at Cathay Capital, based in Shanghai.
Prior to joining Cathay Capital in 2016, Nicolas was a Venture Partner at Iris Capital, a global venture capital investor sponsored by Orange and Publicis, in charge of the fund’s investments in China.
Prior to joining Iris Capital in 2012, Nicolas was an Investment Director at Orange Capital in Beijing, and prior to that, a Senior Project Manager at Orange Labs (Beijing), that he joined as a founding member in 2004. Prior to that, Nicolas worked for France Telecom’s Representative Office in Beijing.
Nicolas holds an Executive MBA from INSEAD and Tsinghua University, a Master of Science in ICT Management from EMLYON Business School & Centrale Lyon (France) and a Master of Science in Engineering from Grenoble Institute of Technology (France).
Anne Wang works as a Partner at Cathay Capital. She benefits from over 20 years working experience in the industries of private equity and management consulting.
Prior to joining Cathay Capital, Anne was a partner of at AGIC capital, Head of Greater China.
In addition, Anne used to work in the world’s largest private equity investment and asset management firm, Carlyle Group, for more than nine years, as Investment Director of for Carlyle Asia Growth Capital.
Before, Anne worked for the world’s leading management consulting company, AT Kearney.
Anne holds a MBA degree from Kellogg Business School, and a bachelor degree in International Business Management from Shanghai Fudan University.
John Li is a Partner at Cathay Capital, based in Shanghai office.
John joined Cathay Capital in 2017 to take charge of the Automotive Technology Fund.
Prior to joining Cathay Capital, John was Executive Director of Corporate Development at Lear Asia. He has close to 15 years of automotive experience (both with OEMs and components) and served numerous positions in M&A, Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Partnership & Alliance. He represented Lear, Valeo, General Motors and TRW, and closed 15+ different projects in the form of joint venture, strategic cooperation, acquisition, buyout, etc.
His key achievements in deal execution: at Lear, he completed the restructuring project between BAI and BHAP and numerous buyout projects; for Valeo, he completed two shareholding restructuring projects and numerous buyout projects; at General Motors, he was a core team member of GM China restructuring (he executed GM-SAIC India Project, formed FAW-GM commercial vehicle JV and completed SGMW 10% share buyout)
John Li holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and International Business from Indiana University (Kelley School of Business), and a MBA in Finance from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business.
Mark Woods is an Partner of Cathay Capital, based in New York.
Mark joined Cathay in November 2015, having previously worked at Chartwell Investments for seven years where he sourced, executed and monitored investments in North American lower- and middle-market companies. During his tenure at Chartwell, Mark focused on investing in family and entrepreneur-owned companies and corporate carve-outs, while also serving as a director of several portfolio companies.
Prior to Chartwell, Mark was an associate in JPMorgan’s Mergers and Acquisitions Group in New York where he executed transactions across various sectors. Prior to JPMorgan, Mark worked for a sovereign wealth fund based in the United Arab Emirates.
Mark started his career with Procter & Gamble where he spent five years in various operational finance positions.
Mark graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a B.S. in Finance and Human Resources Management. He also holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
André Puong is a Partner of Cathay Capital, based in New York.
André rejoined Cathay Capital in February 2015, having previously worked at Cathay Capital in Paris between October 2008 and October 2011.
Prior to rejoining Cathay Capital, André was a New York-based Investment Director from 2011 to 2014 with Fosun International, one of the largest private-sector investment groups in China.
Before Fosun and Cathay Capital, André was a Manager of the Accor Hospitality's strategy group, and of global consulting firm Mars & Co. In his consulting role at Mars & Co., André advised European and Fortune 500 companies on both strategic and operational issues.
Previously, Andre was an enterprise software engineer at Oracle Corporation.
Born to a Chinese family and raised in France, André is a graduate of the Ecole Centrale Paris and of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He also holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
Shaolin LIU is a Managing Director of Cathay Capital, based in Shanghai.
Shaolin worked over 21 years in fortune 500 healthcare companies such as GE, PerkinElmer, Cardinal Health and Fresenius Medical Care. He managed healthcare business P&L, responsible overall business operation as well as middle to long term business strategy. He has extensive experiences in corporate strategy, business development, and sales/marketing management, M&A, sourcing, logistic, engineering, manufacturing, quality and new products development.
Successfully finished 10 M&A buyout deals and 1 spin off deal in medical device, life science, IVD, healthcare service, OTO pharmacy store, Pharm distribution, healthcare big data, hospital and clinics etc in the past 10 years.
He responsible all post investment integration management, full P&L of target and help to achieve strategic & operational objectives, over-achieve financial commitments during integration.
Shaolin got his MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Haiding Yang is an Executive Director of Cathay Capital, based in Beijing.
Haiding joined Cathay Capital in March 2015, and brings with him 15 years of experience in Private Equity and Corporate M&A experience.
Haiding was previously a Deputy General Manager in the Investment Department of the Wanda Group, one of the largest conglomerates in China, where he participated in both Chinese domestic as well as outbound transactions. Prior to Wanda, he was a Director for the Chinese strategic investment and venture capital activities of SK Holdings, the second largest conglomerate in Korea.
Prior to SK Holdings, Haiding was in the Strategy Division of Grupo Santander in Spain, and the Seoul and Singapore offices of Credit Suisse Asset Management.
Earlier in his career, Haiding was at China International Medical Group, where he was involved in equity research, M&A advisory and principal investments.
Haiding is a graduate of the China Pharmaceutical University in Nanjing and of Beijing University. He also holds a MBA from CEIBS in Shanghai.
Fan Wu is an Executive Director at Cathay Capital, based in Beijing.
Fan joined Cathay Capital in August 2017, and brings 6 years of experience in Private Equity and 5 years of experience in clean energy policy and novel technology transformation. He was selected to be the Torch Supervisor for Entrepreneurs honored by Ministry of Sciences of Technology.
Previously, Fan was an investment director at GF Xinde Investment Management Co. LTD, where he was in charge of the investment in clean energy, EV, new material, IoT and intelligent equipment industries.
Prior to working at GF Xinde, Fan was a deputy director at National Hi-tech Green Materials Development Centre and served concurrently as secretary general in Secondary Battery and Novel Power affiliate of China Battery Industry Association, where he was responsible for the technology, policy research and international cooperation.
Fan graduated from Queen’s University of Belfast, UK.
Jérémie is an Investment Director of Cathay Capital, based in Paris.
Jérémie joined Cathay Capital in December 2016, having previously worked for 2 years at Meeschaert Capital Partners, a mid-market private equity fund backed by Meeschaert Group, a French independant family office and asset management company with €6.0bn AUM.
Prior to Meeschaert, Jérémie has made private equity investments for seven years in Western Europe at Argos Soditic, a pan-European investment fund with 675m€ of assets under management. His responsibilities included the origination, execution, monitoring and exit of transactions in the mid-market, with a specific focus on the aerospace & defence, consumer goods, consulting and transportation industries.
He started his career within the M&A team of Sagem Défense Sécurité at Safran Group.
Jérémie holds a Master Degree from in Business Administration from Sciences Po Paris and a Master Degree in Business Administration from HEC Paris.
Stéphan is an investment director Cathay Capital, based in Paris. He is responsible for the screening, evaluation, diligence and monitoring of Cathay Capital investments.
Stéphan joined Cathay in 2015. Prior to joining Cathay Capital, Stéphan worked four years in the Principal Investments department of BNP Paribas where he focused on originating and executing minority equity, uni-tranche and mezzanine investments in Europe. Previously he was a credit analyst within the Corporate Investment Banking covering blue chips in the telecom and energy sectors.
Before that and out of school, Stéphan spent two years as a consultant within Capgemini Consulting focusing on performance improvement projects in the retail, industry and transport sectors.
Stéphan is a graduate of the French engineering school Supélec and holds a Master of Sciences from Imperial College London.
David is an investment director and is in charge of screening, evaluating, executing and monitoring Cathay Capital investments. He is based in Paris.
Prior to joining Cathay Capital in 2015, David had made private equity investments for 4 years in China and South East Asia at Clarity China Partners ($350m of assets under management). Before Clarity, David spent 2 years as an investment banking analyst at Credit Suisse in New York and Hong Kong.
David holds a bachelor degree in economics from the University of Chicago and a MBA degree from INSEAD business school.
Dorothée is a VP of Cathay Capital and is responsible for the screening, evaluation, diligence and monitoring of Cathay Capital investments. She is based in Paris.
Since joining Cathay Capital in 2008, Dorothée has been involved with the sourcing, execution and monitoring of several of the firm's investments.
Prior to joining Cathay Capital, Dorothée was an Analyst with private equity firm Pechel Industries, where she focused on originating and executing private equity transactions. Before Pechel, she interned at AXA Private Equity for 2 years.
Dorothée is a graduate of the Audencia Business School in Nantes, France and the American University in Washington D.C.
Charles is a Vice President of Cathay Capital and is responsible for the screening, evaluation, diligence and monitoring of Cathay Capital investments. He is based in Paris.
Charles joined Cathay Capital in 2012. He has been involved with the sourcing, execution, monitoring and exits of several of the firm’s investments.
Prior to joining Cathay Capital, Charles was an analyst at Cognetas (formerly Electra Partners Europe), where he focused on monitoring of portfolio companies and assessment of new investment opportunities.
Charles is a graduate of ESSEC Business School in France, and of MBA exchange program at SDA BOCCONI in Italy.
Jean-François is a Vice President of Cathay Capital, in charge of screening, evaluating, and executing Cathay Capital investments. He is based in Paris.
Jean-François joined Cathay in June 2014 and has since been involved with the sourcing and execution of several of the firm’s investments.
Prior to joining Cathay, Jean-François spent two and a half years as an analyst in the M&A department of French banking group Credit Agricole CIB. During his tenure in the New York and Paris offices, he was involved in several operations for blue chips and middle-market French and international clients. Deal sectors covered included e-commerce, media, renewable energy, agri-food and mining.
Before CA-CIB, he interned in the Leverage Finance department of BNP Paribas dedicated to European large-cap LBOs, as well as in the small- and mid-cap M&A Group of Credit Agricole (Sodica Corporate Finance).
Jean-François holds a Master of Science in Management from EMLYON Business School (Lyon, France) and completed an exchange program at the National Sun Yat-Sen University (Kaohsiung, Taiwan).
François is Vice President of Cathay Capital, based in Paris.
Before joining Cathay, François worked for more than two years for the Zodiac Aerospace group. This experience allowed him to take part in the shaping and the execution of the transformation plan of the seating division, where he was specially responsible for improving digital tools.
Previously, François occupied several positions in the French and European administration. François notably served from 2012 to 2015 as CFO & Head of Strategy of the General commission for investment (CGI), a team responsible for the management of the french public investment program (“Invest for the future program” or “Programme d’investissement d’avenir”, €47 Bn ). He also spent three years in Brussels at the Competition DG of the European Commission, working on significant M&A deals particularly in the transportation sector as well as in various services industries.
François also worked as an analyst in the Loan & High Yield Capital Market group of BNP Paribas in New-York in 2006/2007.
François graduated from Ecole Normale Supérieure (Paris), is an engineer from Ecole des Mines (Paris), and has a Master of Science from the Pierre & Marie Curie University (Paris).
Jimmy Lu is a VP of Cathay Capital. Based in Shanghai, he is responsible for screening, evaluating, due diligence and monitoring of Cathay Capital investments.
Prior to joining Cathay Capital, he worked as an investment manager at Eight Roads Ventures, principal investment arm of Fidelity, where he has participated and focused in healthcare investments. Prior to Eight Roads, he was a strategic consultant at IMS consulting. Before IMS consulting, Jimmy was a senior associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Jimmy holds a MBA degree from CEIBS and a bachelor degree in accounting from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Jimmy is also a registered CICPA and ACCA.
Zhen Xu is a Vice President of Cathay Capital. Based in Beijing, she is in charge of screening, evaluating, and executing potential Cathay Capital investments, as well as post-investment monitoring.
Before joining Cathay, she worked for 2 years at the investment arm of the Founder Group as an investment associate.
Zhen holds a Bachelor degree from Cambridge University (United Kingdom) and a Masters from Cornell University (United States).
Lijun Ding is a Vice President of Cathay Capital. Based in Shanghai, he is in charge of screening, evaluating, and executing potential Cathay Capital investments, as well as post-investment monitoring.
Before joining Cathay, he worked for 2 years at CITIC Private Equity in Beijing and 2 years at JP Morgan in Hong Kong.
Lijun holds a Bachelor degree from Shanghai University of Finance & Economics and a MBA from CEIBS.
Simon Wu is a Vice President of Cathay Innovation, based in San Francisco. He is responsible for screening, evaluating, and executing potential Cathay Innovation investments, as well as post-investment monitoring.
Prior to joining Cathay Innovation, Simon spent four years at VMware in the Strategy & Corporate Development team which was responsible for leading acquisitions, investments, and strategy. As a Manager, he was involved in numerous transactions focusing on enterprise software sectors such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, and mobile/end-user computing.
Before joining VMware, he spent time at UBS in the investment banking division as part of the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications group. While at UBS, Simon advised on capital raises, corporate strategy, and mergers & acquisitions for companies in the technology sector.
Simon holds both a B.S. in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business, University of California Berkeley and a B.A. in Operations Research and Management Science from the University of California Berkeley.
Zhilei joined Cathay in 2016, he is a Vice President and based in Shanghai office. He is in charge of screening, evaluation, diligence and monitoring of Cathay Capital investments.
Prior to joining Cathay, Zhilei worked 3 years as a neurosurgeon in Huashan Hospital and 4 years in global leading pharmaceutical companies in Shanghai. He also interned in Qiming Venture Partners as an Independent Consultant during MBA.
Zhilei graduated from Fudan University with a major in clinical medicine and second major in economics. He also holds an MBA from CEIBS and MPH from the Johns Hopkins University.
Xiayun (Phyllis) is VP of Cathay Capital and is based in Shanghai office. She is in charge of screening, evaluation, diligence and monitoring of Cathay Capital investments.

Zhenjing Zhu is an investment Vice President of Cathay Capital.
She has over 8 years’ experience in private equity investment including Carlyle Group Asia Buyout Fund, CITIC Private Equity Fund, PwC Transaction Due Diligence team, etc. She also has 2 years’ experience as a CFO in a healthcare investment platform, which provides high-end & chain Obstetrics & Gynecology services.
Zhenjing Zhu has participated and completed more than 10 deals, quite many of which have been buyout transactions and cross-border M&As. She has been responsible for deal screening, industry analysis, due diligence, execution, financial modeling and deal structuring, etc.

Prior to joining Cathay Capital in 2016, Kevin was a strategy consultant at L.E.K. Consulting in Paris and Boston for 5 years.
At L.E.K. he executed numerous strategic due diligences for various private equity funds and several corporate strategy assignments, with a focus on the Healthcare & Life Sciences industry as well as the Consumer Goods industry.

Philippe is CFO at Cathay Capital. Based in Paris, he oversees the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the Group.
Prior to joining Cathay in 2017, Philippe founded an independent consulting firm where he led financial advisory and project management missions for start-ups and large caps.
Prior to this, he served for eleven years at La Banque Postale group where he held various finance positions for the bank and its subsidiaries. He was company secretary for La Banque Postale Asset Management.
